Asheville is known for variety and quality in our dining scene. We will share our favorites and listen to your preferences. We eat there, before we send you there. We likey, you likey.

Stay with us, and go where the locals go. We can show you quick day hikes of less than a mile or trails that take all day. We will guide you to waterfall destinations, panoramic vistas, rafting or horseback riding. Urban Hikes? Sample Asheville's splendor of shops, galleries and museums. Don't forget the magnificent Biltmore Estate nearby. Voted one of the top 10 homes to visit in the USA, this American castle must be seen to be believed.

Picnics  

Hey BooBoo, care for a pic-a-nic? If you do, we can prepare it for you or steer you to several sandwich shops or delis that get you on your way. Give us a day's advance notice and tell us what your food preferences may be. We even have the basket and blanket ready for you to pack in the car.

Family Friendly

We are one of a very few Inns that are genuinely family friendly. We love sharing our homes with your children or grandchildren. All of our rooms are child friendly and we do our best to make them feel at home too. We have rollaway beds to add to the rooms for children over 2 years old. We have pack n' play portable cribs and highchairs for your use. There is a terrific playground on sight and two parks nearby. We have too many games, puzzles and toys in the foyer closet to share. Did we tell you about the rubber critter hunt in the morning? A highlight for guests under 12 is the frog, lizard and snake search. To give you 15 more minutes to enjoy your breakfast, Robert sends the children out into the yard to find hidden animals. Yes, he will do it over and over again.

Babysitting

If you came as a family, you may want a bit of time alone as well. Movie, dinner or gallery hopping are not always a kid's choice for fun. We have a short list of child care providers that you will be pleased with. Give us advance notice for some Mom and Dad time. We have a great playground, and plenty of games or toys to share.

Pet Friendly

Dogs are welcome in our Carriage House. There is a non-refundable $50 pet deposit. Dogs must not be left alone unless they are crated. Dogs must not be left unattended outside, and must be walked on a leash at all times. Guests traveling with their dog must provide proof of current vaccinations and flea protection. Please provide documentation within 10 days of arrival.

Gift Certificates

Do you need a terrific gift for someone that needs a break? We can help you! Sweet Biscuit Inn will put together a packet for your recipient. There is a year expiration date for their visit to Asheville. They choose their date, call to confirm availability and the room is theirs. Simple and an amazing gift. We have hosted newlyweds, anniversaries, and birthdays.

Family Reunions

A family reunion held at Sweet Biscuit Inn is about as fun as it can get. Your family can take over the entire Inn or just a few rooms. Our Inn is perfect for hanging around and enjoying each member of the family. We have several sitting areas, a huge front porch with swing, a front lawn with croquet, a side playground, and a back brick patio and garden with tables and benches. We can help you plan places to see or you can relax and visit with each other. Our home is really your home.
