You can either telephone or email Sweet Biscuit Inn for a quick response. We will check our availability calendar and help you choose the best room suited for you. All reservations are held with your credit card.

All of our room rates are listed on the Rooms & Rates page of this website. In addition, we offer a 15% discount for Sunday - Thursday night stays, except for peak seasons and holidays. Check with us about prices for extended stays.

Our cancellation policy is generous. Notify us of your cancellation 2 weeks prior to your arrival date and there is no charge to your account. Notify us of your cancellation within 2 weeks of your arrival date and 50% of the entire reservation is charged to your account. Notify us of your cancellation 24 hours prior to your arrival date and 100% of the entire reservation is charged to your account. For multiple room reservation cancellations there is a nonrefundable $50 deposit per room.
