Room #1 is the first queen bedroom as you enter the house. It faces the front porch with three huge windows. It is the largest of the bedrooms and features 11 foot ceilings, hard wood floors, antique bed, dresser, night stands and armoire. There is an oversized arm chair and cable TV in the room. The full bath is large and comfortable with a dressing table, antique claw foot tub and shower, a pedestal sink, and a friendly rubber duck. Room #2 is the smallest bedroom in the Inn, but with 11 foot ceilings, it seems just right in size. This room has many nooks and crannies, including a huge bay window that overlooks the side shade garden and fish pond. There is a queen bed, dresser, night stand and armchair. Cable TV is available too. The full bathroom is charming with an antique claw foot tub with a hand held shower, a pedestal sink, lazy yellow rubber duck and original built in shelves. Room #3 is the large back bedroom that was a porch in the past. It has one window on three of the walls and feels the most private of all the rooms. It has a small entry area with hard wood floors while the bedroom is carpeted. There is a queen bed, dresser, bookshelf and night stand. The cable TV sits on an antique blanket chest. The bath is large with ceramic tile floors and beadboard wainscotting. There is a large pedestal sink and one mischievous rubber duck. Room #3 rents for $145 per night for single or double occupancy. Room #4 is our queen bedroom located on the second floor of the Inn. This comfortable room receives a lot of natural sunlight, so it is very warm and relaxing. It has an entry area with the bedroom and bath leading from it. There is an antique furniture set with a dressing table in this room. Hardwood floors are throughout as are 11 foot ceilings, this room has three tall windows with views of the rear garden and side playground. Cable TV is provided. The bath has the original china tub which could wash a family of four easily. It is that huge! There is a handheld shower with the tub, custom tiled sink countertop and one mild mannered duck. Room #5 is our newest queen bedroom that is large and comfortable enough for 2 or 3 adults or a family of three. The largest of our queen bedrooms is decorated in cheery purple, blue and green. Four great windows face both north and west to bring in plenty of afternoon sunshine. Enjoy the 11 foot ceilings and oak hardwood floors, when staying in this second story room. The queen and twin size daybed are made of black iron. There are two comfy chairs to lounge on or watch cable TV. The bath is shower with a white tile floor and white and chrome fixtures. A happy duck rests near. Room #5 rents for $165 per night for single or double occupancy. Room #6 is a great queen bedroom that is spacious and warm. Hardwood floors, 11 foot ceilings and earthy reds with brown evoke a handsome richness. The white tiled bathroom with a shower, also has a pedestal sink with chrome fixtures and completely silly duck that sits nearby. Bird Song Suite #7 is a restful two room accommodation which is very popular with. guests wanting the extra room, having an extended stay or traveling with a third adult. It is also ideal for families with more than three people. The bedroom and living room are both large and inviting. Hardwood floors and wool area rugs are handsome in this space. The bedroom sits to the rear of the Inn with a beautiful east view of sunrise. In the winter, you can view the mountains. In the spring and summer, you will be elevated into the trees. The queen bedroom is furnished with dark mahogany furniture. The living room has a daybed sofa which easily converts to two twin size beds at night. There is cable television, as well as a DVD player and many interesting books and magazines to read. The bath is large and sunny. It has a large antique claw foot tub with shower, pedestal sink and table. One rubber duck is nesting nearby. The Upstairs Suite rents for $195 per night and sleeps 2-4 persons. Suite Bath

Sky Suite #8 is a new Suite located on the top floor of the Inn. The Sky Suite is aptly named for the five sky lights that brighten the space. This rooftop Suite has two queen bedrooms and a living area with a iron daybed or twin size bed. It can easily sleep 5 with everyone having plenty of room. There is a office work area where you can store your laptop and peruse your maps and directions. We have also put in a mini fridge to stow your drinks and snacks. The colors are warm yet vivid, in orange, green and gold. The bath is tub only with a hand held shower for hair washing. Somewhere, is the duck, always on the move. All floors are hardwood oak with scatter rugs in red. The Sky Suite rents for $215 per night and sleeps 2-5 persons. This suite could accommodate extra rollaway beds for children for the extra person charge of $15 per person per night.

The Carriage House is a two story brick and cedar shake cottage, perfect for traveling families or a group of friends. Our cozy cottage has a downstairs living room with a gas fireplace, cable TV/VCR with an amusing video library, compact stereo system, telephone for local calls, a full kitchen and dining area. There is a daybed trundle which offers two twin size beds for extra sleeping arrangements. Upstairs are two queen bedrooms and a snug shared full bath with an antique claw foot tub and shower, complete with a frisky yellow rubber duck. The Carriage House sleeps 4-6 comfortably. Additional rollaways can be provided for an extra person charge of $15 per person per night. Our delicious breakfast in the morning at the Inn is included in the price of $255 per night.

Extra persons in the room are $15 per person per night. Children under 2 are free of charge. Children over 2 are extra persons and they will be provided with a rollaway bed, towels and linens and a seat at the breakfast table.
Children are welcome and sitting can be arranged with advance notice.
Cable television and air conditioning is in each room.
Guest telephone is located in the entry foyer. Wireless Internet access is available in the Inn.
No smoking on the property and pets are not permitted.

Cancellation policy for single room reservations - Notify us of the cancellation 2 weeks prior to your arrival date and there is no charge to your account. Notify us of the cancellation less than two weeks of your arrival date and 50% of the entire reservation is charged to your account. Notify us of the cancellation 24 hours prior to your arrival date and 100% of the entire reservation is charged to your account.
Cancellation policy for multiple room reservations - There is a nonrefundable $50 deposit per room charged to your credit card account when the reservation is made. Notify us of the cancellation two weeks prior to your arrival date and there are no other charges. Notify us of the cancellation less than two weeks of your arrival date and 50% of the entire reservation is charged to your account. Notify us of the cancellation 24 hours prior to your arrival date and 100% of the entire reservation is charged to your account.
