• Open year round with a two night minimum stay on weekends. 
• $139-$159 per night for queen bedrooms with single or double occupancy.
• $199 per night for our Suite.
• $259 per night for the Carriage House.
• Extra persons in the same room are $15 per person per night. Children age 2 and under are free.
  
• Children are welcome and sitting can be arranged in advance.
• Cable television and air conditioning is in each room.
• Guest telephone is located in the entry foyer. Wireless Internet is available throughout the Inn.
• No smoking on the property.
• Pet friendly lodging is available in the Carriage House. Space is limited.There is a $50 non-refundable pet deposit. Dogs must not be left alone unless they are crated. Dogs must not be left unattended outside, and must be walked on a leash at all times. Guests traveling with their dog must provide proof of current vaccinations and flea protection. Documentation must be provided within 10 days of arrival. 
• Special weekly and corporate rates are available upon request.

• Cancellation policy - Notify us of your cancellation at least 1 month prior to your arrival date and your deposit will be refunded, less a $50 nonrefundable reservation fee. Notify us of your cancellation less than 1 month from your arrival date and your reservation deposit will not be refunded. Notify us of your cancellation less than 2 weeks from your arrival date and 100% of the entire reservation will be charged to your account.
